Alright, so now that my bed liner is completed, time to decide on my next mod. I really want the TRD exhaust, heard a bunch of good things about it. Also looking into a system from OEM Audio+. My dealer sells their product therefore I can get somewhat of a deal on one of their audio systems. Seems like either way I go they are comparable in price. Any thoughts? Reviews on OEM's equipment?

This! Plus, I'd strongly consider a BAMuffler exhaust for almost ½ the cost of the TRD, leaving a few hundred left over towards audio upgrades

Do they offer a dual exhaust setup? An exhaust is music to the ear

Exhaust for sure.. but I'm slightly biased. I'm happy with the factory system and probably won't do anything to it. Definitely look into @dirtydeeds products, I've heard nothing but good things about his systems. I've never had one myself, but I'm definitely going to keep him in mind while shopping

I'm very picky with my music but so far I'm still happy with the stock setup. I appreciate the info and will be considering his exhaust!

I have the TRD PRO exhaust, but I've heard good things about the BAMuffler

I've seen a bunch of YouTube vids saying they didn't like the drone sound, but I have no idea what they are talking about. I have zero complaints other than I punch the gas just to hear the exhaust roar way too much and it's killing me in gas lol

Understandable lol I had a Tacoma so I love just the stock sound of the V8, I can only imagine it with an exhaust

in the taco I would just cruise and enjoy the ride. With the V8 and exhaust, if I see an opening on the road I'm punching the gas. You will love the exhaust brotha

Ok, I'll be devils advocate. I would do audio. Louder exhaust would be cool, but how often do I really drive to the sound of an exhaust? Stock radio sucks. Driving In the summer with all windows down, even at full volume, still not loud or clear enough. So I would do audio before upgrading exhaust IMO.

Go for broke and get both. Complain once for spending and not have to stress when you will get the next upgrade.

That is what I am leaning towards. Yes I do plan to do the install myself as I have done a few audio installs in my other vehicles. OEM Audio seems to make a pretty good kit and install seems pretty straight forward

I also like the plug n play idea. I have done a few installs however no more than an aftermarket deck with a sub and amp. I would like to keep the factory headunit and honestly have no idea where to start in piecing together a kit lol. Maybe a little more research on my end would help. I appreciate it man!
