OK guys and gals let me know if I'm overthinking this or not, i can take it. :) Still breaking in my 19 Sport as carefully as i can, which i know not everyone does or thinks needs. Here's my question..Will driving it like an old fart like i have been, and will till about 1,000 miles set parameters in the computer that will hamper performance when i decide to actually treat it like i want, and stomp on it? Should the computer be reset somehow, or will it just learn on its own and adjust when i start driving it more aggressively? Many thanks.

If you've already hit a 1000 miles your break in is over. Romp it and see how she likes it. Don't imagine there's a problem until you have something concrete to go on.

Still only 400+ miles so far, was just thinking back to the tune on my WRX which adjusted boost, throttle position etc on the way you initially drove it. That being a 5-speed, and this being an Automatic, not sure if shift points after driving like Grandpa would re-calibrate.

Pretty sure the computer will figure it out, especially if the only variable changing is the driving habits. If you go and starte changing a bunch of components under the hood, then you might have something to worry about if you don't get a tune for it. If it's stock, and all you are going to do is get a little heavier foot, you should be fine.
