They're nice and I'm sure you paid a quite bit more for them. Lightwerkz is in my backyard and I know they do awesome work. I'm still undecided on the route I'm going but I've been to the shop and have got prices on some things. That's a nice high quality setup u got for sale and if you find the right person who knows they'll sell. Glws.

Fyi, denso ballasts are imo the best you can get. They are an open quality, extremely fast warmup warm-up and are expensive.

Yup, that's what I've found. The only thing keeping me from doing it is the pricey part. If for some reason you get to the point of just selling the lights for parts let me know, I might be interested. I'd bring it right over to him and let him crush me on the labor of splitting them again and getting them the exact way I've been thinking. I'm not gonna insult you with an offer bc I'm sure you paid up for them and your price is already fair. Thinking back to the quotes I was getting. Now is not really the time for me to spend a bunch of money but I'm always looking for a deal that's too good to pass.

I can attest for you, anyone who wants your exact setup is getting a really good deal on probably the best quality work you can get.

 

At my price you could have them repaint the internals to your liking and still not be anywhere near the cost to do a complete set I would think.

 

I agree, but the problem is I'm looking to make more changes than just change the paint. Plus like I said before I'm not really in the position to be spending money right now. If I could get the quality used parts for a steal and incorporate some of them into my own build I'd have to heavily consider. Problem is I know you paid to get them the way they are and I'd be looking to do something with just some of the parts.

I know @southboundsteve had custom retros from this same company in NJ and raved about their quality, output, and reliability. He almost got me to buy a set. Anyway for any potential buyers out there, this is a really good deal on a really good set of lights. There are tons of people and companies out there who do retrofits but the people who made these are some of the best in the country. Someone is going to be getting some very, very good lights with output that even blows away the OEM LEDs by Toyota.

Not having retrofit lights before, how do you toggle between the orange and blue posted above?

 

It is all run through an app on your phone. In this instance it has the Morimoto XBT controller. So it would all be done using their app. I’ve attached a picture so you can see the platform for use.
