    No sir, I did that myself...can’t find blacked out “Platinum” badges anywhere so I plasti dipped them, they look like they were painted from the factory, I just started messing with plasti dip and I’m blown away at how good projects come out if done correctly!

    No sir, not from factory, but I plan on adding the TRD components, so when I found the blacked out decal I got it, like the way it looks on the grey and when I’m done it will basically have the items you would get with that package

    I think it’s crazy that they don’t!...I asked my dealer about it and got nothing, it’s their flag ship model, but yet don’t offer their most popular package, makes no sense...haha

    Sadly, I think they assume that you either want off road capability or a nice interior. They don't realize that it's not mutually exclusive for most people. At the same time, though, I really don't wish I had anything off the higher trims except heated and cooled seats and a remote/push button start.

    Got the Pop N Lock installed today, and ran the wiring for my LEDs in the bed, I’ll be mounting the LED kit tomorrow, and hopefully getting to my rims!

    I have a TRD OF. Honestly if you are going to change out the shocks I wouldn't go for the TRD shocks for the money. The valving isn't great and the ride rather harsh. Even BS 5100's will be better. If you want to spend a bit more the Eibach Pro set or possibly the BS 6112/5160.

    Thank you!...I appreciate it!...yea I gotta be honest, I’m not super familiar with different suspension components, lift kits, etc...I was going to go TRD parts just because I knew what they were (last Tundra was a TRD Off Road)...but when I get to that point maybe I’ll put up a post asking for suggestions/help about what I need...I’m already looking around at other posts, but I’ve never changed the suspension or lifted any of my trucks before...I’m def a newbie with that end of it...thanks again!

    Yeah, when you get to that point feel free to ask away. Also, you don't have to lift the truck to use those systems. They have different height settings and you can keep it stock. Take your time and do some research and enjoy the researching aspect first. Feel free to drop me a line or post questions on here. But, there are lots of threads on here that will give you some great info to start with.

    couple question because I have the exact same truck lol. did you use the emblem overlay for the 4x4 or did you just plastidip that and the platinum emblem? and how are you liking the weathertech visors? I had them in my last car the in channel ones and wasn't impressed with the quality?

    Congrats on the truck, hope you’re liking it as much as I am!...lol...and the only emblem that I plasti dipped was the “Platinum” badge, the 4x4 is actually a replacement...I love the Weathertechs, I’ve had them on my last 2 and never had any problems with them at all...hope that helps!
