For Sale: Up for grabs is a passenger side LED headlight. This is perfect for a conversion swap. Headlight is used off my truck and dusty from wheeling, but lens is clear and with no major damage/scratches.

hmmmmm... this is tempting... been wanting a spare to take apart and see if i can design a switchback LED board for the DRL.

 

This should be rather easy, I suspect, since drl switchbacks are readily accessible so just a matter of opening it and removing pre-existing drl and replacing with aftermarket switchback and wiring it correctly. Just a thought since I am in the process of retrofitting some headlights currently.

 

Just not sure all the leds are on a single board where i can design a new board with the required circuitry to make it a switchback/sequential turn. They may be individual LEDs. I need to buy one and crack it open to see.

 

honestly you dont need to design a whole new board. i have three different led switchback strips. they are all inline with a controller. you can even buy them according to length so all the hard work is already done.
