    One of the service reps at my dealership told me you can't retro fit the new tank into a 3rd gen.... anyone hear anything different?

    Yeah...that was $72. But it goes about 3 weeks and some change. Still waaaay better than my FJ!!

    This is correct. The way to go is with a Transfer Flow tank. Several here have done it.
