Added rubber grommets to my hitch lock today only because it kept sliding over and I have serious OCD issues... now it stays in place
    Hitch1.jpg Hitch2.jpg

Next, I pulled off the TuffSkins cause they looked too glittery for my taste (feels like I needed unicorn stickers to go with them) Painted the two outer vents today and will take the dash apart and get the middle ones later. I did sand a bit and used primer but I am curious to see if the paint scrapes or chips. If so I guess it will be time for the Pro black vents at $70 a pop. Man, they look much better without those huge covers! I just like the thin bezels much more. Those TuffSkins are work to get off with that 3M tape!

    Vents.jpg Vents2.jpg Vents3.jpg

I also painted the bottom of the shifter and put shrink wrap around the chrome shifter stalk. The world is better off with a little less chrome!

Ah yea! Tried to get artsy with my camera, go figure when you try to do dumb stuff. It’s a b&w stowaway hitch. Has a 2” and a 2 5/8” ball and it’s height adjustable. Little pricey but a quality product. https://www.bwtrailerhitches.com/

Yes! But nothing like having a hand full of hitches for different trailers, just nice to have 1 hitch replace 3.

Well, I put the trd off-road wheels on today, that I picked up Saturday. They came with tires that still has a good bit of tread left on them. I was gonna wait until my bfg's wore out before putting them on, but hell, that's gonna be awhile.

After putting them on, all I can say is the ride is so much better than my 20's. But with those cheese Weiner tires that Toyota puts on those wheels, it looks like shit, to say the least. So as soon as I take it to the tire shop and get my tps switched over, my 20" BBS wheels with 285/55's bfg's will be for sale, so I can get me a set of 285/65r18 bfgs put on. And a set of 1" wheel spacers.

Removed factory pin striping and a partial de-badge. Removed the SR5 emblem by the back windows and the Tundra logo along the bottom of the doors. Left the 4x4 and engine emblems.

yeah, but the shop had a fork lift and made it easy. Otherwise I don't think they would be able to do a good job at spraying it.
