    Skip the chip and put your money into some long tube headers.

    Yep you need a Tuner, I know bully dog and DAP tune only have tunes for O6 and later. You could try petal commander.
    I enjoy Kettle Sea Salt chip. Delicious!

    I went with a DAP tune on my 18, not sure theres anything for an 04. As previously stated Long tube headers, would be a good place to start.

    If you decide to go with chips, i like these, they got a little extra kick.
