iPhone 11

I recently upgraded to an iPhone 11 from an iPhone 6s. Now I'm having trouble with text messages through the Entune system. It won't let me voice to text to send messages or reply to a message sent to me. There isn't a problem of it reading the messages sent to me. Is there a setting in Entune or on the iPhone 11 to make this work like it did on my iPhone 6s? Any help would be appreciated.

Delete Bluetooth from both the Tundra and iphone and try repairing again. See if that works.

It didn't work. The same thing happens. It asks what I would like to say, then nothing happens and returns to the radio.

Sorry bro. There seems to be a few variables here. Have you tried to do V2T on the iphone yet before pairing to the truck? The only obstacle I can think of the is the version of Bluetooth of the truck may not be up to date as the iphone and hence the situation. Goodluck bro. Have you searched for the settings on the iphone?

Yes... as much as I can figure out. I appreciate the help. I was thinking that same thing about Entune's version might be out of date as well. I was hoping I wasn't the only one with the issue. Maybe an update is in the works.

 

Is your phone n the latest firmware? 13.1.2

One of the fixes was geared toward Bluetooth and car connectivity I believe. Not that it’s your issue but I don’t see you mention the firmware is latest in the thread. Just an idea.
