    Stopping is overrated.

Geez, how big is that trailer. I’m not sure I’d hook that up to my Tundra.

Yes in fact. When he hits the brakes the trailer tips forward and scrapes the ground to slow down.

That truck/SUV is a steaming pile of doodoo for the price you pay. People say the tundra is ancient... The infotainment screen and interior on a QX80 has a century on the Tundra.

Unfortunately for me, I rent large SUVs often. Hate getting stuck in one of those as opposed to a Yukon XL or escalade.

We used to tow with our Sienna, it was rated at 3500lb capacity. Bracke controller, heavy duty stabilizer bars attached to hitch and trailer and it was 17' hybrid around the weight max but under according to specs.

We were always level, only towed in gear 4, no cruise and went about 90km/he max over the prairies.

Even that was pushing it and we were surely over once we added people and gear. It's one of the main reasons we chose the Tundra. Our other options was to get a smaller trailer but I'd never think of towing a huge trailer like in the OP post

Ehh...as long as he doesn't go more than 10 mph over the speed limit he'll be fine. :facepalm:Weight distribution is for the inexperienced. This guy appears to know what he's doing.

Even though those campers are big, aren't they usually pretty light? I bet he's not over his towing capacity.

I really don't understand what's going on here. Maybe airbag failure as noted above.
