Time for 12 month, 10k service.
My truck only has 5300 miles, the
First employee says: first time service, rotation and fluid check.

I: not, it's been a year, you'll change the engine oil as well.

First employee: oh you have an appointment let me get you to second employee.

Second employee seems to know wtf is going on now.

Two hr wait time, shuttle requested, I'm still here.

I've always been skeptical about POS dealership work, but also not sure the warranty depends on where you serviced the truck. I usually start servicing my vehicles after the free stuff from dealership is over. As I previously read, gotta check if they actually rotated the tires and changed the engine oil. Should've marked the tires and oil filter.

Stevenson's Toyota East and West here in Denver are quite good. Not unusual to see service techs driving Tacos and Tundras here.

I will not do any business at Moss Bros.

Went to buy a car and was ignored.

I have had good luck with Toyota of Riverside, but like you have said all dealerships have issues.

OK, sure. I'm sorry that I said anything to you. If you think that all dealers are dishonest don't go to a dealer for service.

I will, like I posted above, not sure how warranty works If you don't service the vehicle at a dealership. I did the same with my 09 Tacoma, took it for oil changes until out of factory warranty then never came back.

I only did my original "free" oil changes through the dealer, all other oil changes, brake changes, tire rotations and routine maintenance are done by the only guy I trust and that is ME!

Major service will consider a dealer ....maybe.....otherwise I can get it cheaper at a local mechanic as I am a supporter of small business and some local mechanics here are "factory authorized" and will accept manufacturer warranty repair.

Had that happen once. They said the did a rotation but it was obvious by looking that they didn’t. At least the advisor I’ve been using is very knowledgeable and helpful, but after the free stuff I’m taking over. Good luck
