    The back does, due to the headrest being in a pocket, and the one back strap. The bottom depends on, well, your bottom. As I have the GoRhino running boards now, (I'm only 5'1" and need the help) it's easy to step up, and sit down on the seat so no issues. If you tend to put your bottom on the edge of the seat and scoot "like a dog with worms" LOL the bottom will scoot with you right out of the way and it is annoying to have to lift myself up and slide the material back into place. Nothing holds the bottom part down other than you.

    I took the truck to a company called ColorBomb in Tempe Arizona. It's a vehicle rap company and they blacked all the crome on the truck out. It came out awesome
