    Morning everyone.
    Hope you had a good weekend. My daughter came home for the weekend. She had a goal not to come home from school for until this weekend so she would adjust to college life. She pulled it off and drove me wife crazy not seeing her since we moved her in.
    It was a fun visit. We went to the rodeo Saturday and had breakfast at her favorite place yesterday. Luckily we won't have to wait as long again. We are heading up there for the Tech game and a college visit for my son next weekend.
    Hope you have a great start to your week.

    Good morning Denise, hey just a piece of advice, because I went through it with a neighbor. If his fence posts are on your property and is there for a certain time. Your neighbors can then claim that property as theres. Have them move it back to their property. My neighbors did that so they could park a trailer.

    Exactly! When I told them this they about shit! It actually is strange because our lots are on an angle and the way they did the posts if he ever did that (the law here is only after 21 years) my yard would become bigger. The dumbest part was the neighbor AND his contractor, never looked for the survey pins...I exposed them,and marked the area with paint!

    Yeah, I snicker everytime I go out there! If he would of put it ON the line he may of been able to force me to pay half (not positive on that law) and I would of. But this way it's not ON the line and only 32 foot of it is on my property and considered HIS fence...so I wont even have to pay taxes on it!
    I wasnt home when they set the posts, all the other neighbors watched them do it and anxiously waited for me to get home!! We all knew where our pins were because one Saturday I got the metal detector out and found everyone's pins because of other fences going up!
