I decided to do a build thread here on the Tundra forums. Been cruising the forums for quite a while now and I don't know why I waited so long to make an account.

She started stock and its been a process since. Here is a very short list of what is done to it now.

-35x12.50x17 Toyo M/T's wrapped around 17x8.5 Method Standards (0mm offset)
    -Body Mount Chop
-Swapped all interior bulbs/reverse/cargo lights to LED

I'll post some more pictures up in just a bit.

    Future plans for the truck:
    - Icon Stage 4
    - Camburg UCA
    - Solo Motorsports lift spindles
    - Long way down the road, full headers back exhaust
    - ABS Guards

Sorry ahead of time for the crappy pictures, but threw on some sliders today. 100% bolt-on, all 4130 Chromoly steel, TIG welded. Powdercoated with a textured black :bananadance::bananadance::D:D

Not with the Method's. Method is one of the very few companies that are able to do 17's without any brake clearance issues.

    Sweet build!

How is the road noise of the MT's?

Question for ya, do you think the Pro Comp Fender Flares that are on the Pro Comp Long Travel Kit would work with the TC or Camburg LT kit? Thinking of a cheaper option than fiberglass.

The road noise is actually not bad at all with the Toyos. I personally will never go to another MT tire.

The ProComp Fender Flares are fiberglass. I don't know how comparable Pro Comps width is compared to the Camburg or TC LT kits, Pro Comp says 2.5" each side but I don't know how believable that is. I would spend the extra $45 and get Fiberwerx.

After further looking into it, the Pro Comp fenders aren't even a full fiberglass fender like Fiberwerx, etc would be. I'm guessing you drill or rivet into your stock fender, so if you ever wanted to go back you are screwed.

Yeah but fiberglass is about 4500 installed. You could probably install the pro comp ones for under 2K. I was just curious.

You are going to the wrong place to get your fiberglass installed..... Our shop is like $1000 and that includes the fiberglass. Then paint on top of that, MAYBE $1000 if you get high quality professional paint done. More than likely cheaper than that on your average paint place.

Really? At SDHQ? So that would be around 3K for front and rear?

Did you somehow trim the front bumper forward for tire clearance, or are those pics messing with me?

I actually swapped the bumper from a rock warrior Tundra. It had fog lights and was color matched compared to my chrome, no fog light bumper. Come to find out, fog lights are not plug and play if your truck doesn't have them already.

The bumper is trimmed because it was on a Tundra with a Camburg Long Travel kit and it was trimmed to match the fiberglass fender line.
