I'm not sure where to ask this question, but this thread is my favorite to check out and get ideas. (i do need to post more).
You know how the Tundra has that thing where it tracks a lot of good data on your trip? Trip Distance, Trip Time, Avg MPG etc....
Is there a way to pull a report that shows the details of all trips?
Can i pull the data into a spreadsheet?
I've tried nothing, but i'm very curious.

    Another day another mod..

So after reading and looking at what everyone was doing with their badges I ended up trying the plasti dip first, I’ve never done it with them mounted. They turned out good but I messed up on peeling I’m sure on a second go I’d get it done proper. I use the dip all the time but it is temporary. So I decided to just debadge, if I don’t like I can paint them off and put them back on.

I know many of you know but I thought I’d share what I learned from reading here and past experience.

Several mentioned the fishing line breaking, I use good old kite string. 30 seconds of heat gun 6” away never staying in one spot on the small badges was perfect. The larger badges 60 seconds.

Depending on how it comes off to remove the double back tape I just reheat it for 10 seconds then roll it off like rolling boogers :/

To remove residue good old turtle wax bug and tar. (Turtle wax bug/tar and WD40 are two of the best cleaners and I’ve never harmed a surface with them)

Along with the debadge I did pick up the lettering for the tail gate, unlike most comments I actually wanted some vinyl so it would still have the stamped look. These are really nice letters (heavy thick metal) I’m undecided if it will stay they might look better elsewhere.

I actually don't have issue with any of the interior trim. Never been blinded and the first year and a half of owning the Tundra I was on the road all the time.

I haven’t been blinded by any of the interior chrome and i don’t hate the look of it. My dad complained about the cup holder one so i painted that one but the others will stay

The cupholder trim and the bit around the gear selector are the only ones that have blinded me. The vent rings haven't been a problem yet. Either way, I will likely paint or plasti dip the selector and cupholder trims. Not sure about the rings yet.

I don't think that there is a way to retrieve the data. At least not without the dealer's software. Maybe someone with Techstream or similar can chime is.
However, I have two apps on my phone; aCar and Simply Auto, that can do all that, and it is easy to enter the information. I have actually downloaded both and thought I would run them parallel to see which one I like most - it has been 2 years now and I still use both - they are both good. aCar also sync with the Fuelly website, so you can download the spreadsheets from there.

I'm only a couple weeks in, but this is the PNW so we rarely see the great fireball in the sky :tumbleweed:so no issues for me so far. Strange I don't mind chrome in the interior probably because it's black inside. But on the out side with the white it's a no go for me.

I use Fuelly.com to track my fuel use...it's easy to see trends especially during winter months when the fuels become less awesome...BUT, it's a good alternatuve to tracking...just some manual data entry on your phone while you finish topping your truck off...the app/webpage is free so try that! That's the least amount of work you can do!

Because it is color matched, I would guess it's the sport. The SR and SR5 aren't color matched, and the one in the before image is the SR5 grill.

You can get the SR and SR5 grill with color matched surround. And the honeycomb color is different as the SR is black, SR5 is glossed grey and the Sport is grey. I noticed that the honeycomb appears to be darker in the after pic but it may be the lighting.

Found some time to get a Switch Pro 9100 installed along with some LED ditch lights off Amazon and a Rough Country 30" LED bar in the bumper (the blueish LED lights in the photo by the bottom of the windshield is my iPhone camera being weird .. they don't exist). This definitely didn't happen in one day but i'm very happy with the results. Hardest part of the install was getting the damn bumper nuts off to mount the light bar brackets. I think Toyota torques those down to 300 lb/ft and the layer of mud that dried on top of the threads didn't help either. I was also out of PB Blaster so I need to remember to get more.

For now the Switch Pro panel is surface mounted but I might cut away more leather and plastic to get it to fit flush but that's a next spring/summer project. For now it looks fine and is easy to reach so i'm happy (and yeah my drill holes weren't 100% aligned so it's slightly angled towards the driver for easier use. That's a win!). SDHQ wants $180 for their pre-cut console piece in brown leather which I might consider buying if it didn't have their huge logo all over it. Still a bid spendy though when the black leather version is $120.

I also spray painted the uber-reflective cup holder surround black last weekend and replaced the puddle lights with LED's (the factory ones are so dim I didn't even know I had them until I saw someone mention them on here). Might have to get some vent ring covers next so I can see when I drive on sunny days but mostly the interior reflections were from the cup holder. I don't mind the chrome outside on the truck but it really doesn't belong in the interior.

Next mod is some LED strips for the inside the truck bed which should arrive tomorrow and then finding stuff to use the other 6 SP9100 buttons for!
