released in August 2019 and they look good for aftermarket (vs Spyder and knock offs)
they have 2 models for our gen2s: the Pro ($350 ish) and The NOVA (to be released in October $980 MSRP).
from what I read, the Pro is using DRL and high beams LEDs and halogen low beams but can be swapped for HIDs/LEDS. They even give directions on the site.

couple guys here on tundras.com are running the PRO and they look great. Finally an alternative to the pricey Sequoias LEDs swap.
Hoping to get more feedback before I take the plunge.

Post pictures if you have them.

I can make a video installing mine (ill just pull one out and explain the wiring) if everyone wants me to? I can post it on youtube and then post the link here.

I like the look of these for 2nd and 3rd gen. I have a 3rd. Wondering if a led bulb will work good for the low beam halogen or HID. Anyone try this?

Did you see how the lens-to-housing seal looked? I can't find a ton of info on AlphaRex, but that also means that I can't find "clones". With virtually all cheap aftermarket car parts, there is just a factory in China that pumps out a product and re-brands it for different retailers. That's why all China LED light bars look the same, all China winches look the same, etc. As long as you're willing to do a minimum buy, anybody can get them. But with these AlphaRex's, I can't find the re-branded clones.

Based on their address, they are affiliated with Weby Auto. Their Yelp page has photos of what appears to be a Warehouse Sale of generic aftermarket car parts obtained in the way described in the previous paragraph.
    https://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/weby-auto-irwindale?start=0
They are also a warehouse located in Socal like every other China product importer. That being said, I'm sure they could request custom things like the addition of the "activation light feature", or maybe better QA for lens sealing.

I'm definitely not bashing them, nor do I have an opinion of them. I really want these lights to be good. I've done the whole fogged up and clear-coat peeling of Spyders. Just trying to put the pieces together.

You can put either LED or HID in there. I have HID.

HID is likely to produce better usuable light in these projectors. Similarly to the Spyder brand projectors that used halogen bulbs, they don't seem to perform well with LEDs swapped in, but guys who used the HID kit from toytec had good results.
The all LED nova version is pretty cool, but looks like they will be around $1k. That's a lot for aftermarket headlight but it's a reasonably decent choice compared to OEM sequoia LED or the questionable morimotos

My order got held up because of an order error. I’m having trouble getting in touch with them in the meantime. Crappy recording when you call the number. Have yet to get a callback after leaving a message.
I’m a little on the fence now.
I read a review where a guy loved his and then revised the review after moisture got in one of the headlights after a heavy rain. It’s frustrating trying to find dependable headlights that will last.

Thanks for the feedback. This is what I feared (moisture in the housings, no design responsibility to make any improvements/changes, marginal customer service). Sounds like my generic importer theory has a leg to stand on.

Please update as you get them.

just for clarification, that's not my truck. I just found a picture of them and added it when I posted about the lights. Other expenses are preventing me from pulling the trigger on these just yet, but I think they look rad

These would make an awesome retrofit project......im intrigued. Put some sequential turn signals in those led boards and a better projector and those would be some killer lights. Wish I knew about these before I did my retro. Maybe when I get some extra cash I may buy and experiment.

I just purchased these but have yet to install since I got the upgraded version with activation light. I’m m not the smartest when it comes to wiring. It didn’t come with instructions nor have I found any videos on a Tundra install. Would love if someone posted a video. Contacted them on IG and the guy said they are working on the install instructions.

They look real nice! I like the look but after some posts I worry about the housing leaking. Hopefully these hold up unlike other aftermarket ones.

Install is fairly easy what is time consuming was adjusting the beam lights. I still need to fix it again tonight. Finally found a flat head small enough to reach the area where I can adjust the knob.

I might be regretting this purchase it is such a fken bitch to adjust the lights have to remove back & 4th over 50X the knobs don’t even move at all when your adjusting. Idk if its some kind of defect or wtf.
