Found what I think is a pretty good deal on some spyder tail lights. Not sure which ones I'd want to go with. If you have them, can you post a photo? Thanks..!

I know you've seen my Spyders, I think they'll work perfectly with my retros which I expect to look a lot like retros.

I don't think you could go wrong either way. It's a personal preference type of thing. Some would say the clear are more ricey than the smoke and I might agree slightly. However again I think the clears are a better match for how my retrofits are planned out. Clear lens, black housings, chrome reflectors, white strips ...

What I found is from a Tundra Facebook page: There's a guy on there offering 15% off. Those tail lights are $315, so they are $268.

It has parking, signal, brake, and reverse. Had it on the truck for about 2 years and it survived the desert heat and a pressure washer.

These have reverse in them or you have to use existing bulbs?

They don't come with reverse bulbs at all. You'll use your existing reverse bulbs, so if you have already switched over to led's ... You'll be able to use them.

Misunderstood his question, they would reuse existing bulbs. I had switched them to led's when I bought them, they are way brighter and last longer imho .

Cool, that's what I thought. I had already chanced my reverse to LEDs so they will work perfect with these.

Seems like a pretty solid price as I haven't seen them cheaper anywhere else. Should I pull the trigger?

I paid $489 each for my taillights and headlights, but that was when they first were being marketed.

Looks good Dave. Maybe it's just the photo or time of day, but do those spyder tail lights bars look pink? Humm...

It better be the lighting conditions from the fog and time of day, because I'm red/green color blind. Lol ... If it were pink my wife would have told me (or maybe that's why she likes the truck so much). If you've ever seen the Spyder headlamps bars, the tail lights match them perfectly. I know when the lights are on, they have a slightly different shade to them compared to the fronts. I'll post a few updated photos with them at night compared to the fronts ASAP.

Thinking about it ... I might have had the lights on because when I took the front photos I turned on the headlamps to light up the front bars. I'm guessing I left the lights on when I drove down the roadway to take the next set of pictures. If you blow up the bottom photo, looks like the red side marker is lit up.

As I said the tail bars do throw off a different shade than the fronts when lit up. I remember being a little confused by that when I first saw my tails on. My son said that the taillight bars were shaded red. I'm guessing shaded red during daylight hours might make them appear pink.

Here's a photo from the front taken where I took the rear photos ... You can see I had the lights on.
