Stefen, the Prinsu cab rack looks good. Any pictures of what it looked like to peel back the headliner, or was it even necessary?

Thanks man, it wasn't necessary to pull the headliner. We taped off the drill bits so they didn't keep drilling after the holes were made

Box Canyon Night Run Florence, AZ - November 24, 2018

After our quick night run to Cave Creek I wanted to get a bigger group together for a night run through Box Canyon. We had a great group of friends and even our buddy Beau from Louisiana join in on the fun. We all met at my favorite brewery, Barrio Brewing at the Mesa airport and waited for the sun to go down

The canyon was awesome at night! This was my first time seeing it at night and the obstacles were alittle more challenging, but no match for our @Baja Designs Lighting ;)

    ADS 2.5 Rear Bumpstop Kit

ADS hooked it up with their 2.5 bump stops and the MCM Fab bump can kit. I took it over to my good buddy Tommy at TommyGunFab to air chisel the stock bump towers off and help with the install. The bumps pair perfectly with the 2.5 triple bypasses:cool:

    Rugged Radio Install

In December 2018 I signed up for a long anticipated trip to Baja with Expedition X Offroad! I had till February 2019 to prep and first thing on the list was to upgrade my comms. After one of the local offroad expos I picked up a 60W Rugged Radio kit and it worked flawlessly
    [IMG]

Running wires is always a pain but going through the 3rd brake light I think is the best option for the coax cable to the roof.

I eventually went back and put some silicone in the rubber grommet and its all sealed up nicely. The rugged radio uses a crazy strong magnet for the antenna mount
    [IMG]

Next order of business was the radio itself. I pulled out the entire center console and started dremmeling out some plastic. I think it turned out to be a super clean install. I also ran an external speaker underneath the driver seat so I don't have to keep the console open, and it closes fine of the mic cord

Truck looks amazing question on prinsu rack. Do you have to drop the headliner to install? How much height does it add on top?

    Thanks for tuning in
Thanks man! You do not have to drop the headliner unless you want to vacuum out any metal shavings that may have fallen from drilling. We took our time with knowing the air bags sit close underneath, but by taping off the drill bit it stopped the bit as soon as it drilled through. I'd say the rack weighs maybe 40lbs, it's very lightweight, but when put together super sturdy:thumbs up:
Hehe you know it man!!

Mogollon Rim Snow Run - December 9, 2018

After all of our Colorado trips, we were already having withdrawals from the higher elevation and beautiful scenery. I was also determined to see snow in the month of December and luckily Arizona has so much to offer, this was very possible. We headed up north of Payson, AZ to the Mogollon Rim for a snow run with @PLC721 @JTS2019TUNDRA and our buddy Trevor in his Tacoma.

Thank you for the tips TRON. How much height do you think the rack adds to your truck 3" or so? Just trying to see if I can add and still fit in my parking garage lol.

No problem and yea I'd say a solid 3" but it shouldn't be more. I'd go measure, but I don't currently have my truck

    CAMBURG RACING - December 14, 2018

From the day I installed the MCM UCAs, I knew heimed uppers were the right way to go to get a perfect alignment. I finally picked up my Camburg Kinetik Series Heimed upper controls arms from @sdhq_offroad and immediately noticed how beefy yet lightweight they are  Super happy with this purchase, although my only complaint is that the heims cannot be adjusted on the truck.

    Dupont Cabin Run - December 15, 2018

Before visiting my in-laws in Tonto Basin, a couple of us including @PLC721 and @white_sherpa decided to do a run in the area. We had always wanted to explore the mountains to the East of Tonto Basin and Roosevelt Lake, and with a little research I found a destination cabin on the map. It was a beautiful cloudy day in December and I love nothing more than airing down for an adventure!

I was impressed with the last climb to the top, it was about 5 switchbacks but after Black Bear Pass in Colorado, nothing really even compares anymore haha. These switchbacks opened up a gorgeous overlook of the Tonto Basin and 4 Peaks Wilderness.

Oh definitely! Much longer day trip than anticipated, but Sedona is always worth it

End of the Year Adventure - December 28, 2018

Huge thanks to Joe @JoeRyno for putting this awesome end of the year adventure together! We wrapped up 2018 with some camping, wheeling and quality time with our best friends  First stop was in Jerome, AZ to meet up with Joe and Matt @overkilloverland since they were already a couple days into the overlanding trip.

Our goal for the day was to head up Mingus mountain and find camp before any of the nearby storms rolled in. It was pretty cold for AZ, but I was hoping for some snow anyway

At this point right before we found camp the snow really began to fall and it was shaping up to be the perfect white new years

The famous AZ Sunset showed its true colors as the sky cleared up before dark, and well this was the point I started to worry about the cold o_O
    [IMG]

Joe made quick work of some nearby fallen trees and made us a nice wood pile, but the temperature continued to drop below freezing with clear skies

The next morning was rough to say the least! Once we officially got up my truck was reading 15 degrees with a slight breeze! We actually didn't get out of bed till the sun came up and even then it was too cold to walk about. Although we kept food and water in our trucks, everything froze. I remember some distinct words coming from Joe once he got up and realized he couldn't even make coffee  My Wife, pup and I stayed snuggled up in the RTT as long as possible with our little buddy heater

I did eventually get out and it was a fun attempt at making breakfast with a Jetboil in that weather. Luckily for us, our friends @PLC721 and @white_sherpa showed up at camp with donuts and were also shocked at how cold it was. We left camp and continued on our journey toward Sedona for the day.

End of the Year Adventure Continued - December 29, 2018

First stop of the day was a nice sit down breakfast near Jerome in a town called Clarkdale. From here we drove along the Verde River towards the Western side of Sedona. We ended up at Robber's Roost as our first destination on the trails. It was so awesome and well worth the hike! The views were incredible as always and as many times as we've been to Sedona I couldn't believe this was our first time learning this place existed!

Since we were close, we ran Greasy Spoon next and this connected us to Sedona and onward with the adventures  Had to snap some photos of the SuperWhites!

End of the Year Adventure Continued - December 30-31, 2018

The Wife and I said our goodbyes to everyone from Sedona and headed off to Flagstaff for our own New Year's Eve adventures. Williams, AZ was our first stop and of course we had to check out the Grand Canyon Railway. We almost had the town to ourselves since Christmas had already passed, and the weather was beautiful!

We had the rest of the day to kill so we looked up some alternate route fire roads to Flagstaff on Gaia and started exploring. I love snow wheeling too! The Toyo R/Ts do surprisingly well in the fresh powder! Photo Dump commencing in 3, 2, 1......

The next morning on New Year's Eve may as well have been my Christmas Morning! We woke up to a blizzard and everything was under a couple inches of snow! My favorite breakfast in Flagstaff hands down is the Wolfpack from Over Easy

Our goal for the day was to reach Edge of the World for the first time. Little did I know, we were in for quite the dash through the snow!

Well we made it to Edge of the World.....never considered that the storm would prevent me from seeing that gorgeous view of Sedona I've always wanted to see..... I was pretty bummed but we had a blast driving through all the snow even though my cold face says otherwise

I have more stories and videos posted on my Instagram from this trip, but this was the end of the road for us. We attempted to take a detour off this trail onto Highway 89A into Sedona but the entire town was gridlock due to a couple accidents so we were forced to head back to Flagstaff. This was totally fine with us anyway. We made a pitstop at NAU for our pup then met up with my good buddy Chad from American Adventurist for drinks and a few New Year's Eve toasts
