Could be worse. Miami is my pick against team this year. They might rival Cleveland for a perfect season.

 

The Raiders have been the Browns equivalent for the last 15-20 years. Ponder that stat.

Yoy cant take away anything from getting trounced in the opener. Miami is going to be a power house this year!

Not surprising since 32 of last years 53 members are gone. 14 were picked up 2 weeks before the opener and offensive line that started first pre-season game are now gone. Very few, if any, were picked up by another team so that shows you the talent Miami had on the roster BEFORE this mess. Gonna be a long year, but hopefully it's to build for the future.

Yep. And I have no issues with it. Team has been a sub .500 team for the last 15 years. Time to burn the house down and build it back up. I'm OK with this vs doing the same thing as previous years, thinking "we are one piece away from being in the playoffs" and fizzle out and die and pick in the middle of the first round every single year.

Being 6-10 is no better than 1-15 or worse. So tank away as along as it's for the better.

 

I just hope Brian Flores gets a chance through this mess. He was a awesome defensive guy in New England.

 

Supposedly he was given the OK to fail during the rebuild and see this thru. I'm guessing that was discussed when he was hired if he was going to sign on while the team was being gutted. Not sure I would work for a team that say "we are tanking, but expect you to reach the playoffs"

 

Holy shit did Tom Brady look great! Never seen Pittsburgh get owned like that. I hate the Patriots but I love TB. The dudes 42, looks 36, bangs a supermodel every night, picks apart defenses like a supercomputer, and plays to win EVERY FKN TIME! I only hope my team can achieve the level of professionalism it takes to produce great teams year after year despite the lowest draft picks and the toughest schedule. As for the Rams they made it closer than it should've been. Christian McCaffrey is frkn awesome. He almost won the game for Carolina singlehandedly. Laid out Eric Weddle. Without him they got nothing. Olsens' good but Newton blows. NO coming to town next week. Don't think there's any love loss between us n them. They'll be looking for payback. Should be a good time.

 

I don't think the massacre in Miami should be allowed on TV. It should come with warnings about disturbing content.

O-line has never played together. Gonna continue this way for a while.

And yea, screw it. Get draft capitol and grab your franchise QB. Tuawhateverhisnameis from Alabama will be high on the list.

 

As you can tell by the team, we need more than a QB. We need a talent infusion EVERYWHERE. I came to that realization years ago when I walked into a store in Miami to buy a jersey and determined that there isn't a single player on the team who's name I would wear. None made it to the pro bowl in the last few years. To me, that is a sign of bad talent and needed to replace them all. So I'm glad we are doing it.

 

Jose is gonna need a lot of cheering up this season. Go Dolphins!

 

Well hell look at the jags they paid 88 million for a quarterback that played less than two minutes broke his collarbone and may never play again.

It’s way more than players. They really have been irrelevant for a long time which tells me not only are the GM and his boys doing a bad job but the owner is also allowing it.
