    I'm a little concerned that an order I placed August 22 has not shipped. I've emailed and called David to get an ETA without any luck. Has anyone heard from him or received an order recently? His voicemail is full....

    @coachbuilder tends to stay busy. I ordered some components from him a year or so ago. It may take awhile. From what I remember, it’s essentially a one man operation. Still gets his stuff done and shipped out as quickly as he can.

    I wish I could take all the credit but our team works as a finely tuned factory. Lots of steps in order to produce each item but am thankful to still be able to process each order and handle every Coachbuilder part that leaves the shop.

    You deserve a lot of the credit, Dave. I may be wrong but IIRC when I ordered a carrier drop from you, your assistant had just quit - or something along those lines - leaving you to do the bulk yourself. Your operation must have grown since then!

    And toss in ten to twenty thirty minute phone calls a day to explain to the millimeter how to instal or set up an entire truck setup for fools like us (me) while trying to mail out orders too!
