Are there any reliable dyno numbers for those wishing to add the bolt on TRD Exhaust?
What is the power gain that most agree on and expect?

Torque and Horsepower with no additional mods.

What does adding cold air intake do to that?

I'm thinking Banks cited 10% and I got that with my Wrangler. Wonder if it is that much on Tundra.

Dirty Deeds states that his systems deliver a 3-10 hp gain to the rear wheels over stock, and I don't doubt his numbers.

I have not researched this subject in great detail because it's the last thing that I would address, but a 5-10 hp gain is what I have come up with. Maybe a little more after the exhaust is uncorked.

The guys at the 4WP said not to bother with the cold air until you deal with the exhaust. They have been pretty straight shooters in the past.

Any exhaust besides stock, as long as the muffler is flow thru design, and as long as the pipe diameter is not smaller than stock, gains 3-10hp and 10-20tq over stock at full throttle.

Moral of the story, at full throttle it’s easy to make power, the stock muffler is very restrictive, on purpose.

The trick to making customers happy is to gains this power, but without losing low end torque and without droning yourself to death.

Bamufflers is the only manufacturer whom addresses both issues. Give a call and I’ll tell ya how.

FYI, the truck used in this dyno pull had a DAP tune installed before testing.
