Are these inner lights supposed to be yellow or white?
I have yellow on one side, white on the other.

    Ok.
What about the rear cab light?
Should the center bulb be on when the lights are on?

The 3rd brake light comes on when doors are open. There should be a switch for it on your left hand side of the dash, drivers left knee. It can be switched to be on, off, of on when doors open.

So it's just a brake light, not a running light?

My markers were yellow, my brake/bed light is on when the door is open or the switch is on. It's white.

Correct, if all your doors are closed, the 3rd light should be off. If it is on, you’ll want to look for this switch and turn it to off or door (bottom left of pic)68D2CE9C-EA5D-4EBA-BBBE-15904AECD3DE.jpg

yes the middle light is you 3rd brake light it comes on when you hit the brake the clear lens bulbs are the cargo lights controlled by the switch. the DRL should be amber someone must have put a clear or wight color bulb in its place during replacement.
