I'm trying to change rotors on my 2015 tundra and discovered it has spidertrax spacers on the rear. I can find a socket that fits the nut that will also fit in the hole. Does anyone know the lugnut size so at least I'm looking for the right socket?

Spidertrax was no help. Guy said maybe 21 or 22mm but not sure and didn't want to go check.

Not sure the size (mm) but it’s a thin-walled deep socket. I just had a set installed. The mechanic grunted and had to swap socket type.

I am sure you know all this but... there is noting more frustrating than to snap a cheap socket or breaker bar in the middle of a job.
If you stop by an auto parts store and tell them, buy both, and return one. The nut is torqued down TIGHT and probably has thread lock as well, so you want to get a high quality square socket and breaker bar that can handle the job.

Yeah, that's what I ran into. All of the sockets I have that were close enough to try were too fat to fit in the hole. Also, the truck came with a lug nut tool in the glove box, but only fits the original lugnut on the wheel. Very frustrating as I had the truck all jacked up and ready to swap rotors and pads. All of my tools are in and around my land cruiser and I wasnt sure if the lugnut are SAE or metric. I'll try again today.

I would guess you need a 19mm thin wall.

I keep seeing 19mm, but the nut looks closer to 7/8 or 1". Heck I might just go to the parts store and pull the wheel off in the parking lot so I can go back and forth.

BTW, parts store tools suck! Hard to find a quality anything there and I can't see why.

For posterity it was a 7/8" or 22mm.

Interesting. I’m surprised to say the least. Sorry we couldn’t help you out any more than we did.

Make sure you torque those bad boys down when you’re installing them.

Thanks for the info. Glad you got it done! Time to enjoy the truck. When I replaced my rotors I went with TRD pads (85$) a set +-). The difference is noticeable. I love them.
