No issues with leveling. Some people like to spread rumors but none had been proven that I could find.

My ‘19 has Bilstein 6112 set at 1.9” up front. No lift in the rear, only 5160 to the rear. No lights or issues in 6500 miles. This setup for me is great. Nice level stance and the general performance is fantastic.

No issues on my 18’. The sensor problem is really a very very minority of people. Don’t worry about it.

Mine sits level but also about 10 inches higher than stock. 7" lift and 38s. The only sensors that I have issues with are the lane departure warning is hit or miss but I think that's because I'm to tall. But I only turn it on to test it I hate hearing it yell at me when this massive truck uses both lanes to turn on a country road or yes I no I forget to use my blinker sometimes. Other than that everything else works fine

I had issues with my sensor before I lifted it. And to be honest after I lifted it I didn’t have those issues as much.

6112's at 1.9" in front with stock rear end. No TSS issues before or after. Dealer did the recall work, but warned me about mods and gave it back to me with TSS turned off. The paperwork lady told me it's their SOP when it's modified but she even acknowledged that I can just get right in and turn it back on. I did.

Did they put the warning sticker in it or did they make you sign any waiver. I’ve heard dealers of doing this. My dealer sells some lifted and I’ve never seen anything but as long as I don’t have any problems I’m gonna put off recall.

They made me sign a waiver basically acknowledging that my changes can effect TSS and that they will disable it before handing truck back to me. NBD.

Thanks wonder what they would do if you refused to sign their waiver. I’d like to get mine permanently disabled with no lights coming on the dash but I’ve been told by one dealer they won’t do that I guess when I get oil changed next time I’ll talk to the service manager.

Measure Center hub to fender. That way it takes any tire pressure differences out of the equation.

I thought for sure I would have TSS issues since my front sits just a touch high, but nothing at all. Everything works fine. 6112 set on top setting with 1” shims and big shackles out back 0F06580D-F0BF-4621-A100-FDBE9D0AE606.jpg

Had the OME 612 installed today with toytec adjustable shackles and I have warnings for the PCS, Lane departure and cruise control.

Tech could not figure it out so I have to take it back in a few days.

Did you try disconnecting the battery to see if it resets itself?

I’ve been there. Toyota bought back my 2018 because of it.

Took it to the dealer today

Couple hours later I am good to go

An hours drive home part of it on back highways and no issues

Loving the truck even more now.

Yes the PCS system needed to be reset to new numbers. At least that's how it was explained to me.

Well hopefully they calibrated the sensor and camera together. Otherwise they light will come on again. Doing both together finally stop mine. Doing one only lasted a month or so them came back.
