My phone holder is mounted there. I do dig that Ram mount, though. Hmmmm....

A bit off topic, but I actually put PVC inserts in the cupholders to make them functional. 4" to 3" reducers. 20190821_155900.jpg 20190821_155911.jpg Looks a bit redneck, but now my coffee mug doesn't spill on my crotch. :bananadead:
Guess you could paint them, but I'm too lazy for that shit.

You gotta put a winter hat/or buff (fishermen)under your shades. I got three sets up there and they never fall off.

Edit: I guess I can't say never. In my '14 tundra I sunglasses them up there, and when I totaled my truck they fell off.

Sunglasses and when you take a hard left the glasses go flying into passenger door real hard. Works great for sunglass relocation.

I got a dash mat for my whole dash board and nothing slides now. I have my very expensive sun glasses up there and they don't slide anywhere. The black dash mat looks great to I get lot's of compliments on it.[IMG]

I have two pairs of safety glasses and a pair of sunglasses up there... They fly off about once every couple of months due to some unexpected incident.

I did not buy it, and I don't plan on it. I just thought it would be relevant to this thread.

For those that have the ICS mount and RAM accessories. Do you have to remove the whole ics mount every time you want to take off/add accessory bases? I was glancing over the install instructions on their site and they recommend adding all your mounts at the time of installation so I was curious.

I had my ball attachment on the ICS mount when I put the mount on. I changed out to a diff ball and did take it off, easier to do that way

Did you have to take the radio out just for that, or are you able to remove just the ics mount from the top?

ICS needs to be removed along with radio. You can I suppose unscrew from top but you'd lose your bolts...and I have support panel inside so remove and reattach

Ah ok that’s what I was thinking. Kinda seems like a pita any time you wanna change out a mount. But I guess that’s incentive to get all your bases mounted first lol.

I only did this change our cuz first ball mount was too big and wasn’t stable. Only planning on using either phone or iPad and they connect to that ball so I can’t see changing out again anytime soon.

Which mount did you go with that was the best fit? RAMs website has a couple options.

I still need to get the right one. I'm contemplating upgrading to iPhone xs max 6.5" display, but also thinking about iPad Pro, which is 12.5" display with only a few holders for that. Ideally going for ipad.

Ah, yes. The Glock 2135. Chambered in .17 HMR. I've only heard rumors until now.
