From Nashville TN to Charlotte NC through the mountains, with about 25 miles in town.
Computer is a little off but not much
    427.9 / 23.227 = 18.422mpg

400 mile trip from east TN to Myrtle beach last month and I got 18.5 down and 17.5 on the way back up. I only use Kroger stations which from my understanding is shell supplied gasoline. Normal driving around home it’s about 16.5 pretty much every fill up so far.

I hit the same Costco on the way to DE last year. On the run up I hit about 19, on the way back I was in 20 till I hit Columbia and 378, I 20-26 was a parking lot and I thought I'd save time going through Lexington...HA.
I think I got that trip noted on my Fuelly

    On a 1200 mile road-trip, I averaged 16 to 19 MPG depending on speed.
I need to repeat the trip now that I am DAPtised, and rolling on shorter tires.

I have a 2019 sr5 4.6 with a k&n filter in the stock box and just put a dual in/dual out Flowmaster 50 series. My first 2 tanks after the muffler swap averaged 18.2 mpg. Should go up from there once the new wears off the sound of the exhaust. Lol

Before the 3/2 level was installed I would get 16/17 at 80 now I'm getting 13/14 at 70 but I look good!

I think my trip to Connecticut I might have broken 20 but I can't really remember offhand but a couple of weeks ago I managed 19.8 on the trip to Clarksville TN all Highway.

I don't care what my MPGs are around town, but it was nice to see what kind of MPGs it could get on the open road. I typically watch the gas gauge, and try to never let it get below half a tank.

2,800 miles averaging 18.0 mpg, no towing yet. Not many miles yet and just upgraded tires to 8 ply KO2's I probably won't maintain this average.

I've got to say: for as much as people (to include owners) complain about the Tundra's mpg, I think its efficiency is actually quite decent compared to the rest of the 4x4 market.

My 4runner, all stock except for some A/T tires, gets ~15-17mpg combined (depending on the time of year) and, at best, 21 mpg highway...I've gotten 22mpg once in a blue moon, but its infrequent enough that I consider such results abnormal. I'm the type who is content going 65-70mph for hours on end.

I know that the Wranglers and older Tacoma's with the 1gr-fe are lucky to get 16 mpg combined...I see plenty of modded out mall-crawler Wranglers that I'm sure are lucky to even be getting 13-15 mpg combined.

So a stock Tundra, which is heavier, sits higher, and carries more fuel compared to most other trucks, to include most 1/2 tons, getting 15 mpg combined and 17-19 mpg highway is perfectly reasonable in my book.

My 2004 Tacoma was a 5 speed manual and was the final year of the 3.4 V6/Gen 1 Tacoma. It got the exact same gas mileage as my Tundra does. I think. It could possibly have been worse.

This was about a 3 hour drive on i5 from central to northern CA. Kept it around 68 the whole way with the AC on. I still had about 35 mins until I got home once I snapped the picture and ended up hitting 19.4 once I pulled into my driveway.
