I'm all honesty, I don't care for my assistant supervisor either, she transferred from another region and was dumped on me. I don't know how she got through the Interview process to begin with.

but the comments made were about her lifestyle choices, which you just can't ignore.

it's a highly sought after job, I have 3 former employees that are all waiting for her to leave because they want to come back and work for me again.

it's too bad she does her job, we just have very different management styles, and I'm not "green" enough.

It's wild the people you work with in natural resources. I have worked with people that'll litter on the beach just because they are 'building' it and who cares or you'll have one that picks up a banana peel because its litter lol. Feel your pain brother. I have worked for and supervised people in the state government that just have a chip on their shoulder. I always tell them have you noticed where you work fresh air every day is highly over looked.

you never know, the one thing about seasonal staff is I never know who's coming back until I get the list from HR after the seasonals have their recall meeting. Positions are filled by senority, so someone from another park with more time could bump her out of her slot if they decided to switch parks, or she could decide to go somewhere else

true enough. I complain about things, but in all reality I have a great job, and for the most part my park is quiet. June-Aug people get stupid, but I have the other 9 months to really enjoy it.

I was also thinking about putting that Black wrap on the hood, which is why I thought about color matching the grill
