    Not sure if it's still got it's quirks.. Spray in bedliner not showing up as option for Platinum along with door edge guards..

    Glass break/Security system appear on PRO but not platinum... Don't even know what these are.

    It doesn't have to be $57k. You can still get a base model for mid-30s and anything in between. A nicely equiped SR5 is still in the mid-40s.
    Good luck with the search.

    on avg, you should be able to get between 9-12% of msrp for those regions outside GST/SET.

    when i bought my 2018 (dec-2017) Platinum i got 9.0% off msrp. initial discount was msrp 53015 --> 48296 --> 47749

    this was before we worked on trade in. that final price included 1250 rebate.

    so from 53015 --> 47749 = 5266 off before trade in.

    edit: one dealer would only give us 30k on 2016 tacoma dcab sport, the dealer i bought our tundra from gave us 33k for the same tacoma, which gave us 12k equity for the down payment.

    out the door we finanaced 36k after TTL, i think we are now down to 27k on the loan and dealer trade in is around 38-40k.

    so pricing the exact same platinum for 2020, with the exact same options comes out to $55,065 from $53,015

    msrp $50,130 to $51,675 + $1545
    delivery charge, went from 1295 to 1595 + $300.
    running boards went from $345 to $550 + $205

    paint protect film hood & fender $395 to $395 + $0
    moon roof went from $850 to $850 + $0

    Interesting. When I build a platinum it is not there. Only 17 items listed under performance accessories.

    I too get the 17 accessories shown. It works on 1794 and limited. Toyota most certainly knows what they're doing.

    2400 with tires is a lot better than paying 2k for some take offs with shitty used tires. I've seen some take offs being listed for sale at 4k... What are you going to get for your limited/platinum wheels? 400-800 if you're lucky.
