Definitely love the build! It helps with some ideas on mine, I especially love the front bumper. I need to get myself one!

Is there a good write up for this for the first gens? I would love to get some LED headlights and have built a pair for a Silverado before but that was super simple. Not sure where to start for a first gen tundra.

Oh dude, these Tundras are stupid easy to retrofit. H4 spacer lines up perfectly, you shouldn't have to do any cutting. If you don't then go with the mini 7.0, it's a smaller projector but still bright. My 3rd gen 4runner was harder because the housings are so large. The Tundra housing is smaller.

Installed some switchback bulbs, looks cleaner. Now I need another pair for the bottom sockets and ambers for the rear

Added a dash cam over the weekend. For now it's just some little things. The wheel setup is going to be changing soon though :D

It's a way better mirror. Bigger and less reflective if that makes sense.

We could not pass up this 02 is300 5 speed. So it's ours now! Hopefully it doesn't steal too much of the Tundra mod money. So it's time to prep the 4runner and sell it!

We are finding that out haha I absolutely love it and now I want my own! I wouldn't have to daily the Tundra, which means money saved in gas to mod it. But I'm pretty sure I'll want to mod both is300s

In preparation to sell our 4runner, we took the SCS F5s off and put them on the Tundra. I'd rather keep them than the Icon wheels honestly. Since the F5s have a more aggressive offset, I was able to remove the 1.5" spacer up front. I barely touch frame now and the truck drives so much smoother. The Icons are the first aftermarket wheel I've cheated on SCS with and I'll never do it again. Now my blue calipers are more visible!

Yup! It took us a little bit to like the color. I think eventually we will repaint it same solar yellow but add pearl to it. This paint is pretty beat up :(

They are my favorite wheel brand. So easy to balance, well made, the finish on my bronze ones held up so well even to rock rash. These ones were stripped and powder coated gray. I just got so sick of the fake beadlock look.

I don't like the fake beadlock either. It's way overdone. I was planning to order the F5's but then I came across a used set of Ray10's that were literally 50% less than a new set. Couldn't pass it up. SCS confuses me. Instead of trying to keep a few sizes and designs in stock, they end up offering a ton of sizes and color combo's that are never in stock. It's like winning the lottery if you find your size/offset/color.

When I read the title I was expecting something lowered with a 2jz swap. I like what you have done much better. Nice build I have always liked the looks of the 1st gen.

Do you remember the specs on the F5's? 17x8 or 9? 38mm offset or 10?
