so i have the opportunity to get a brand new set of 17” SOTA stealth wheels for $400. they are 17 x 8.5. they supposedly are designed for tundras, sequoas and land cruisers. the offset is +6 and back space is 5.0.

i dont mind going to 17” inch wheels but i dont really want to lift the truck. the question being how much would they stick out. i use the truck for towing a camper but just looking for something better looking and these wheels seem to be a good deal. i do not want to have to trim anything either.

attached is a pic of them.

A +6 is a pretty aggressive offset. The odds of you not having to cut anything are pretty much non existent. Youd have to run an extremely small tire which isn't going to help you towing.. even a good deal isn't a good deal if it doesnt fit into your plans..
