I decided even before I brought the truck home that I would do pretty much everything that I had or wished I had on my last truck "right off the showroom floor".

I started with a 2016 CM Limited 4 x 4 TRD Offroad with tow mirrors and no BSM

First off was the easy stuff:

    Marathon Seat Covers
    Toyota rubber floor mats
    Toyota Rubber bedmat
    ESP Under seat storage
Center console organizer (customized so my tablet sits vertical)
    Custom back seat dog sling
Custom "hunting tool box" (modified to fit from my last truck)

    P4190006.jpg P4190008.jpg P5230018.jpgP4190013.jpg

Next on to what should have been easy an ARE camper top. First it came in with the wrong side windows (just a little order confusion) then I noticed it was tearing up my truck bed. ARE sent some kind of thicker seal, problem solved.
    P6260094.jpg

Now on to the harder stuff:

    Expedition One front bumper
Fab Fours Rear Bumper (wanted Expo-One but they would not add steps in side)
Toytec Boss coilovers with 700 coils
Smittybuilt winch (not the best choice in hindsight)(control box under hood)
PIAA foglights (SAE tied into stock system)
    KC Spots (Direct to battery)
    Air on Board switches
Direct to battery Cigarette lighter (while the dash was open)
Back up flood lights (direct to battery)
Thule Roof rack (Re-used from last truck)
Mounted Hi-Lift & Base in bed
Mag light mounted in camper shell
Custom bed rail tie downs (light duty)
    Differential breather relocated

    P7020092.jpg P7050123.jpg P7020086.jpg

    P6260093.jpg P6300086.jpg P7020097.jpg P7040115.jpg

The only things left on my list are:

    TRD Pro skid plate
Bud built plate for the gas tank? (Really Toyota a plastic skidplate on a plastic tank)
Tires (Duratracs either stock size or 295/65/18)

Why not go a different route on skids with something a bit thicker?

I had a shop hang the bumpers and do the coilovers last week. Got the truck back Thursday. Everything else on the second list I did over the weekend. Had to wait until yesterday for the KC spots and a couple of fuse holders to come in.

    Like what?

I was going with the TRD Pro front skid mainly because it was easy and would fit 295/65/18 if I decide to go that way. I know it is not the best option but not bad. As for the gas tank, I did not look really hard but all I came up with is Bud built. If the stock skidplate was something other than plastic I would probably just stick with it.

Do you remember the specific name for the camo Marathon seat covers? Also can you post a pic of the back seat covers? Did you order the rear armrest cover?

Thank you! I was just curious what the back looked like. Ive been shopping for some seat covers for a while now but haven't pulled the trigger yet. Might be pulling it soon now.

This is the third truck I have used Marathon for. 90K miles on truck 1 with no issues and 135K on truck 2 with only issue caused by me washing the front covers on too rough a setting on my machine and blowing seams apart. I will highly recommend them. They are a little hard to install but I am sure all custom fitted seat covers are. The only issue I have with this set is the console cover. The velcro did not stick to the underside of the console as well as I would have liked.

How was the install on the ESP Under seat storage? I like that product, but curious about what went into the actual install.

    Thanks!

The install is pretty easy. The box the ESP comes in has a template printed on it. You cut out the template and mark your carpet with something that will show up, I used a white crayon type deal from my wife's sewing box. Then you take a knife to your expensive truck. I used a utility knife with a new blade and straight edge to cut the carpet. I used a filet knife to cut all the way to the metal through the Styrofoam. This is not part of the instructions but I put the carpet pieces in the bottom of the holes before I installed the tray. The tray just slips into the holes, job done. I wish I had some pictures for you but I did not take any.

I realized my pictures were a little screwed up. I had a few doubles and I skipped the rear bumper.

Do you have any pictures of the center console organizer?
I have the exact same truck cab and my organizer is a pigsty but I can't find anything the works to keep it organized.
I carry an assortment of items:
    >Small notebook for keeping track of all truck records, repairs, tires, oil changes, etc....
    >Flashlight(s)
    >Emergency rotating road signal.
    >Cloth cold weather gloves and hats.
    >Spare batteries for flashlights and whatever.
    >Tylenol
    >Small binoculars
    >Spare USB cable for wife's phone
    >Head lamp for emergencies when you need your hands free
    >Sometimes keep my gun in it when going out at night. (Like the idea of attaching Kydex holster to inside of console. Usually just leave it in the case and toss it in the console on top of everything)
I'm sure there's some more junk down there I haven't even named but usually end up needing. My last truck 2000 Ford F250 had a very narrow center console so I took it out and replaced it with an aftermarket one with multi level storage and the main large storage had a nice tray in the top for my more immediate things. Haven't been able to find one for the Tundra yet.

I have the same bumper on my truck and the only thing I didn't like about it was the gap it left under the tailgate compared to the factory bumper, I found the best way to fill the gap is a led light bar. Just thought I'd share

Cool thanks. Now I know what my wife and son are getting me for my upcoming birthday.
I also found a nice sliding tray for smaller more immediate items that can go on top.

I installed a dash cam wired to the cig. lighter power I abandoned when I converted one to always on. I installed a promount for my Garmin GPS and also cleaned up the wiring under my hood with a new fuse block and relocated relays.

Thanks, it's not for everyone but it works for me. I'm roadtripping with the wife and upland hunting right now. It works great for traveling with the two Labs, wife and hunting gear.

Very nicely done. Love the bumpers. Front and rear. Love the dash cam Idea. Will actually use that for my truck. Good job dude!

What is that tool box in the bed of your truck ? Where can I get one?

That's a gun box. It holds three shotguns in padded cases. I had it custom fabricated for my last truck and modified it for this one. It's painted with rattle can touch up paint to match and it just bolts in.

I have been tinkering with some sort of an idea in a similar fashion. But more so for my storage and perhaps a single .308 winchester bolt action if I go to the range.

It was a "no big deal" job for the fabricator. I gave him box dimensions, mounting tab locations and dimensions and told him to bend, not weld, the visible edges. We worked out the offset door arrangement to clear the tailgate opening. I removed the track and installed the box on top using those bolts plus I through bolted the bottom in two spots.
