I just realized that two 35's would fit quite nicely for a dual battery setup....hmmm..I do plan on a hidden winch at some point.

My 14 came with a real nice anti-skid DeeZee 3/8" full bed mat. Hard as hell on my knees but will have to do for the time being. I plan on replacing it with a BedRug mat. Tomorrow A Prime is dropping off a BedRug tailgate mat which will be a godsend for my knees. $60. Well worth it since my BLAAAAACK bare ass tailgate gets hotter than f:censored:k.

Well...A Prime super white came early this morning. BedRug tailgate mat installed already. Quite simple. Prep surface. Use supplied 3M adhesion promoter to the surface of the plastic tailgate "cap" where the top of the rug attaches. Don't need to use it on bare painted metal surfaces. Got some Chemical Guys Signature Series glass cleaner too!

Up and at it. Installed my AMP bed extender off of my 07. Forgot to remove the quick mount brackets so A Primed another pair for $11.. Good to go now. Next up...lift or skids!

I forgot about my RightLine Gear bag that I won at last year's @RCIoffroad Customer Appreciation Day! Found it still in box in my closet..;). Was donated for the RCI auction by @Toytec Lifts. I now have a new home for my 1st aid kits, fire extinguisher, GoTreads, jumper cables, bag of misc gloves, and my spare handheld CB radio. The bag is staying in the bed of my truck along with 20lbs of emergency food crammed into a WISE bucket..

Well...Exhaust Pro's custom fab'd my dual exhaust on my 07. Great setup. They've done many setups on Tundra's here in Aurora. I had zero drone and minimal low end torque loss. Made an appointment for August 10th to go again with Flowmaster except this time 2 in 1 out with resonator. $350. Can't wait
I prefer going with the local pro's.

I hate the stock exhaust. I need to hear my truck, and besides, my grandson loves the loudness going thru these Colorado mountain tunnels!

I'll be finalizing my new suspension setup tomorrow. May be Dobinsons, may be OME, may be FOX..............may be Rancho.....yeah right......LOL....Rancho's is what Chevy/GMC provide on their "off road" trim...hah...hah... hah.....
My 14 is coming up to snuff a bit faster than I thought, but then again I've been there done that. Still figuring out tires, rims...

Dobinsons is high on the list but I'm getting some quotes sometime today on a couple other setups.

Why not keep the food in your house until the day you are driving up into the mountains? Wouldn't the heat sitting in the truck lessen the shelf life?

That's pretty much what I'm going do even though the shelf life is 20 to 25 years. I actually use the food when I go camping or go down to my property. I constantly replenish my container.

Yep, had a long conversation yesterday and again today. Got it in writing. Did my homework and my concerns were addressed. Quite pleased. If I somehow break one with a hard hit from a jump, which will never happen with me, they want to know the circumstances to help with any improvement in design that might need to be done. Super pleased.
