My AC air flow seems low. When I bought my 2012 Toyota Tundra at 86000 miles pre-owned the AC was awesome. Now the air flow seems very low. I have replaced blower moter, cabin filter, and this weekend I removed mixing servo gear assembly and checked all the gears and doors for alignment. I am 90% sure everything is correct. The air still seems like it is barely blowing. Any suggestions? Are there any decent pictures or diagrams of gear and door lever positions?

Any difference between recirculation and fresher mode? Maybe check the inlet at the cowl.

I had not considered this. I will check that. There does not appear to be any difference between recirculating and refresh. Is it possible that my switch is not providing enough voltage or current to the fan motor?

Great page. I will check the coils. Had not thought of that although I have seen many HVAC coils the are cleaned on a regular basis. Sometimes we forget to apply same maintenance to our cars that we apply to our businesses. Check evap coils.

Sorry OP. I should have paid more attention to your post. I had the same issue, and changing the cabin filter fixed me up.

    Good like finding your problem.
