I have a 2018 with a 2017 Pro grille and TSS relocation bracket. My TSS turns off during every rain and takes about a week before it starts to work again. I’m looking for a source for the foam tape that Toyota is using in the recall so I can seal up my own.

What is it called? Looks like Toyota uses a pretty thin version that molds to the shape of the sensor.

Anyone take pictures of their home brew remedy? I need to do mine also. The steelership wants me to sign my warranty away in order for them to do it (3” leveling kit) and I’m not willing to do that.

I had mine done with software update a couple months ago. I think Jim's suggestion of the Flex Seal tape is the way to go, just looking at how generic the foam is that the dealership used. But those "parts" were "VIN specific" so....

Why not just go to the dealer and buy the part?

Yep. For Tundras the SR, SR5, and Platinum model takes part number 88278-0C010. For the TRD Pro, Limited, and 1794 models it is part number 88278-0C020.
