Maybe just have them replace the bolts with new ones, I've seen people have them removed before they spray the bed, it looks fine really. I think much better than trying match the bedliner. Or maybe just get a toyota factory plastic liner. I'm not a fan of spray in bed liner to begin with.

Had mine at the dealer for an oil change and brought the bumper alignment. They looked at it. Said the driver side had been hit. I replied not while owned by me and I bought it certified from this dealership and was told it hadn't been in an accident. It's going back next week for them to check the bed alignment haha

I got 14 sr tundra and traded it cause i need the soace and i did notice that the 14 rear passenger tire did stick out quarter inch maybe little less the the driver side. Traded in 6 months ago for crew cab and though it was fine till i went off a couple curbs on sat. I got home and checked the passenger side wheel and the cab body lines see if i was nocked off alignment it was not. Shure enough there it was the rear tire on passenger side stuck out the dealer can align the bed.20161116_093600.jpg

We have had several 3rd Gen Tundras come in with the right side of the front bumper hanging lower than the left. It's strange. The first time I can understand. Several of them is an issue.

Looks like I am bringing it in next week so they can remove the bed to re align. They asked if the Coachbuilder shackles had anything to do with the bed.

@ Tahoe tundra. Do you mean it is offset towards the passenger side (e.g bed is shifted towards the passenger side more than the driver side?). I have a 2016 as well that just got back from the body shop after a wreck in the front of the truck and noticed my bed offset when I was looking over my truck. Guess I had never noticed before.

I'd be frustrated as well. If it were me, I'd seek larger washers and see if that covers the spray in gaps. Also, I'd get new bolts or scrape off the liner on the old bolts.

    Lol. Welcome to Tundras.com
Thats an old post. I still havent looked at my bed. Thank goodness.
Ive seen many a truck with misaligned beds. Just something that happens with manufacturing and is basically a non-issue. I can see it driving some people crazy (myself included) so its better to ignore it.

Maybe I should look at post dates prior to posting. I work in a manufacturing capacity and I'm surprised Toyota's quality system didn't catch these issues.

My 06 tacoma was the same way. Didnt realize it for a little bit. Bought it used and spent some time tryna figure out if my axle was out or the frame. Lol just the bed.
Started looking at other trucks in parking lots and found many to be off by a small margin.
When I got the Tundra I came to this site and found this thread. I have refused to look at my trucks box alignment because I know Ill go crazy.
It was bad on my Taco, enough to where I could notice it in the mirrors. Made ne second guess my installation of mods and so the square and measuring tape came out.
Pain in the A if you pay attention to the fine details but shouldnt be an issue.
