Toyota will not disable the TSS system for liability reasons. I don’t think any mechanic would. If you hit someone after they disable it, then they can be sued by the victim. If you have the tools and know how, you can. You would need to figure out how to make the ECU not recognize it so you don’t get the warning lights on the dash

Yes. Mines been going crazy for the last three days. Off and on all of the time. Drives me crazy but doesn't effect the way it drives. Mine only has a leveling kit of 1.75 inches in the front.

FWIW, I have a 2018 and just put a Bilstein 6112/5160 lift with Boss rear shackles on there (+2.5" front / + 1.8" rear). Truck still has about a 0.7" rake. It's been driving fine this past week after the install.

Toyota changed something at some point (could be 3rd gen, could be certain year), but the paperclip/wire trick of doing a zero point calibration (ZPC) does not work anymore. I couldn't find this mentioned in any forum post, so I bought a couple days subscription on Toyota TIS and looked in the manual. Sure enough, only TechStream can do a ZPC on a 2018+ (didn't look at other year trucks). But it does say in the TIS manual that a ZPC must be performed any time the vehicle alignment is adjusted.

So I took it to the dealer today for an alignment and asked to make sure they do the ZPC. They won't. Toyota has apparently cracked down on all dealers that once a truck is lifted or modified, they refuse to perform a ZPC or calibrate or mess with the TSS system in any way. And of course the usual crap about it voiding your suspension and collision warranty. I asked him if they would do the ZPC if the truck was not under warranty, and he still said no. I guess worst case, I could get TechStream going myself and do my own ZPC if needed. Stupid move Toyota.
