    WARNING: Retro chrome is coming back. I remember wanting an Eddie Bauer F150 with the two tone paint job years and years ago. Just love that style. Then we had the blackout look that I found revolting, black plastic everywhere. Now we have the color match of monotone dull cars; I'm surprised we don't have matching tires by now. And now it looks like chrome is finding its place again and people are paying in the neighborhood of 9g extra to get that retro look applied to their new F150. Classy, I think. :D

    Anyone else here remember that style fondly as I do?

    Going chrome with super thin tires and a giant offset, all that chrome window and door trim, the giant chrome mirror that takes up the entire headliner, a big chrome car club thing in the back window, chrome exhaust tips and neon lights under the body.

    Do you even chrome.

    Keep in mind...the "chrome" hood bulge and grille w/surround ain't nothing but cheap plastic. Nothing like real metal chrome plated steel like they used to use....

    I was talking to my buddy tonight and we were saying a restored square body or OBS ford in the next few years are going to be insane price for a quality 4x4.

    Mine goes historic next year so it’s going to have some big changes and the new Tundra will be full fish/camp truck for trips
