I got to see a couple documents that highlighted some of the updates for the 2020 Toyota Tundra, the last of the 5.7's :-( Excited for my deposit on a 2020 Army Green Pro...They start building trucks late August!)

-Smart Key System with Push to Start! (A first for the Tundra)
-7" Android Auto / Apple Car Play on SR
-8" Android Auto / Apple Car Play on SR5 and above

-Nav standard on Limited and Above, Available on SR5

-SX Package expanded to Crew Max models

-Voodoo blue available on SR5 and above models

-SR5 has a leather package available (no steering wheel or heated seats, and conflicts with SP or SR5 upgrade package)

    -Double Cab TRD Pro available

-TRD Pro Colors of Army Green, Magnetic Gray, Black, and White

JBL is now a 12 speaker system with a sub and amplifier.

I always though it was a 6 speaker and a sub setup like the Tacoma...I got excited when they listed 12 as a specific number. I love the system in my Tacoma!

TacomaArmyGreen.jpg We have only seen the Tacoma in the 06V7 Army Green color yet. Very excited to see a Tundra, Sequoia, and 4Runner variants. Always said I would get a green Toyota truck. Finally they have one coming!

They have done that with almost all the TRD Pro Colors with the exception of the 4Runners. I was a little surprised myself on that one too...

Sweet info! It's more than push button start. The 2020 is a homerun for the final year tundra. 5.7 is axed after this year. It's been confirmed.

    Anymore pics? Interior shots?

What would you buy? Voodoo Blue Platinum or TRD BRO? The double cab is so appealing on the BRO.

That’s fine. But I think they still should have the 5.7 option for people that tow or haul. Having a hybrid and a v6 turbo doesn’t cut it for a lot of people. Our company has an Ecoboost transit. When fully loaded that thing is so slow to get going.

Unfortunately thanks to EPA, Insurance Companies, and Big Business (the last 2 being a big enemy). It doesn't matter what you want. They control what we get. If not for those big 3 we would have all kinds of cool cars and options available. The current MPG the Tundra has just wont cut it in the next 2-3 years. It's either 3.5 hybrid Tundra or no Tundra at all.

    Flux capacitor!
Looking forward to the push button start on the 2020 models. I was told the 4.6L is going away and the 5.7L will stay but the flex engine option is gone. They’re supposed to be having a new engine platform for the next gen Tundra model. 8C924F46-8B49-4239-99D0-593BE2397E76.jpg
