    Hood, passenger side fender, p side doors done. Ran out of time and lost my shade. Only driver side doors and roof left. Today's contrast pic compared to yesterday is quite an improvement. Hopefully it won't rain too much after it clouds up again this afternoon :thumbsup:

    What I'm not liking....both front forward panels below the headlights are fracked up, especially the driver's side. I wonder if these are available for sale pre-painted???? @Roman ???

    The windshield is totally fracked up. Dealer is installing a new one on their dime. I know why the dealer installed new wipers and arms..heh...heh.. I got underneath the truck the other day and used my pressure washer to remove the thin layer of red dirt road silt from everything. No rust, just some minor pitting here and there on the frame. In pretty good condition otherwise. CV and Rack boots look real good too. Truck is stock other than the installed remote start and Prodigy 2.

    @Black Wolf when you get them replaced/repainted I'd put some clear protection film over those spots and you'll be good to go! :thumbsup:

    Matt how’s the roof?? I always have a hard time washing and cleaning despite a wash pole, some water stains are hard to get out.

    The roof looks great actually. Probably the easiest part. I climb into the back to do the roof. If needed I'll also access the roof by standing on each front door sill. I also have a long wash pole I use...:eek:

    I'm winning the chrome battle. Finally got this monstrosity off. It had a Master locking pin and no key. Took 5 seconds to break the lock end off with my crow bar.:benchpress:

    That console organizer you got. Does it have a smell? We got one for my wife’s Sequoia a couple of weeks ago, and couldn’t figure out what stunk in her truck. Finally realized it was that thing off gassing I guess.

    Haven't smelled anything yet. Eventually I need to deal with a few scratches with a buffer but really wanted to get this prep and hand wax done. I might tackle the roof now and be done with the hand waxing so I can move on to the Hydro2 and Beadmaker.
