2006 tundra headlights under 250$

I have seen several headlights for 250$ and under. Anybody out there had any luck with cheaper headlights that doesn’t need any modifications to install?

Scored a pair on Big Gurrrl from Brasil for $115. The first set developed a leak on a side marker and they sent another full set which has been holding nicely for 6 months.

I've always just used Depo brand replacement headlamps and never had an issue. Not sure what the consensus is around here on them...

Now with LED/HID technologies, there may be some better options though for housings.

 

Cheap ones are fine but make sure to seal around the lense with a water proof silicone. That will ensure water won’t get in.

 

I have a set of these on the way. I'll definitely be posting a review down the road. Waterproof silicone around the joint is going to happen, just because I'm paranoid. LOL

You can stick them in the oven for a few minutes, then squeeze them. This will help the glue spread within the seam

 

I have the Amazon set for my DC. About a year old and working great so far. Were about $180 and came with both headlights and side markers and bulbs. The boxes were labeled as Angel Eyes and were made in Taiwan.

Yeah, they showed up. Ran into an issue with the passenger side being defective. The seller is making it right but it'll be a bit until the replacement shows up.

I haven't had a chance to adjust them yet, mainly because it gets dark so late here this time of year and I go to bed early. LOL
