I have some 1/4" aluminum bud built skids if anybody is interested. They're super cheap because they're beat up, but they'll still mount to your truck and provide protection.

2N02 and Rattlesnake Canyon

What kind of modifications have you guys done to your trucks? Tires? Suspension? Lockers? I'll make a separate thread tomorrow for the trail run.

To the people that have sliders, do they stick out past your doors? Trying to see if they would protect more against doors than my side steps. I always park far away and in end caps but people seem to like parking next to me.

Those are installed? If so, they stick out just enough to maybe scare people away from parking next to me. It'd be good to get a top plate on them though.

 

If they don't get scared away, the sliders will take the hit on their door before your truck does.

I'm ok with the openings, but my dog got her foot stuck and am either going to put in blocks or a plate of some sort...

 

Same here, it’ll hurt them (other cars) more than it’ll hurt you.

I’ve only seen them for sale once in a while. You may be better off ordering. White Knuckle Offroad is in Apple Valley I believe and Demello is in Corona/Riverside.

 

I'm sooooo screwed... I have a patio to get cleaned and covered, shelves up in an office, a desk to stain, sprinklers to attempt ( and i meant attempt) to fix, and a back yard to level. If i can get the first 3 things done... I get to put on my rails, skids. The lift is coming later this year I believe... but not unless i drop 30 lbs... Damn these deals i keep making. Anyone pretty effiecent at putting on WKOR skids lmao If you are curious what compensation i can offer for you help... well DM me. LOL
