Hello good folks, wondering if anyone knows of any shops in the Denver area that will install customer supplied shocks.

Most of the big places obviously want you to buy shocks from them so they can warranty as well.

Does anyone have a good place to to recommend? Much thanks!

I did actually. Very impressed. I saw that you went to Lake Powell. My grandpa used to take me fishing there back in the early 60's

That's awesome. Let me know how to get in touch with you/your shop to make arrangements.

Appreciate all of the info, all.

EDIT: No worries, I won't hold you to it!

Appt. made with RPG...estimate was ~$800 (I know inflation but wowee)

I'm in no rush. I'm actually planning on throwing the rears(bilstein 5100) on myself.

I don't have a spring compressor for the fronts.

    Thanks again!

May as well.. the rears are super easy, Don't even need to remove the tire! Do you just need front shocks installed? If so $800 is crazy! Even if they include alignment firestone lifetime is $200 or less. My book is wide open right now so I could do it first of next week if you'd like. shouldn't take more than a couple of hours max.

To be fair to RPG, it was $800 for all four plus alignment.

    sending PM sir

Still sounds a bit high to me. Like I said I use firestone to align mine because I can go anywhere in the country and as many times of day as id like if I wanted to. They didn't ask questions when I SAS'd my taco and do it everytime. Think I paid $150 many years ago. Recently did it on the Tundra as well. Rear shocks will literally take 20-30 mins tops. fronts shouldn't be more than 2-3 hours if you run into issues.
