Nice! I think that's what @Prostar 190 has, if not very similar...in red.

Oh, it gets worse. I sold that Blazer (for $$$). One of the bigger truck regrets I've had. Got a 1984 FJ60 Land Cruiser with 137k original on the clock. Flipped that after a year and got my 2000 Land Cruiser, which I spent the last 4.5 years building. Now...a Tundra

Thanks. Hoping to stick with this Tundra for a while. It's comfortable enough the wife, and capable enough for me. Although, would love to get another full vert K5...

Nice Blazer but no way that was a 73. That one is a slant nose and those didn't come out until 1980 and the grill is about 1990. Either way very nice Blazer.

It was definitely a 73 but I know the PO who did most of the build used some later body parts (not sure why). He gave me the file for the frame off resto. I can’t take credit as he did 95% of it and his wife made him sell. Felt bad for him. I sold for almost double what I had into it.

Only reason I said that was the front clip on a 73-79 had a square front and the cowl panel was part of the hood and had a different core support. That all changed in 1980 to a slant nose and the separate cowl panel. What all was done to the motor?

    Thx Liz.

No worries. I honestly don’t remember but he had it down to the frame. The motor was a rebuilt 350 bored out 30 over. It had less than 5k miles on it when I bought it. I literally stole that truck. Worst part, the guy who bought it from me bought a house three blocks away. I have to see it every day... :(

Migraine, one of the reasons I sold the Land Cruiser is because it was pushing 226k miles. Still going strong even on trips to the western sierras, Death Valley etc. But wife wanted something a little more comfortable and reliable as we may be driving up to Seattle in 2020 to see her family. Maybe tour around Oregon for a couple days coming and going. So I’ll be up in your neck of the woods so to speak
