When my kids were little we did this and funded or helped fund a lot of memorable vacations.

I dunno, man. That would eat up a lot of the already deprived payload rating.....:)

So... be careful. I've had two vehicles broken into because, as the cop said, change was visible from the outside. Not bills. But quarters, dimes, nickles and pennies.

I now use one of these.

Holds way more than it looks like it should. Disappears even when sitting out. No rattling. Doesn't slide around.

I Google'd it and most people report a range of $1300-$1500 with different coins.

I didn't realize it was that much. I'm gonna start filling up containers until I acquire a 5 gallon jug.

I never leave the house with change. Each day when I come home all silver coin in one jar pennies another. It adds up quick.

Yeah, got a 50K truck and I cheaped out. I use a drink holder for a poker table. It fits inside the one under the dash and when I need the cupholder, I just pull it out and put it to the left of the cupholder (got one the them sticky pads so shit doesn't slide around there. Looks like this:
It was a tad narrow, is I put some of that cushy insulation foam you use to seal your windows with around the outer part under the lip and it fits great. Costs about two bucks. It's a cupholder for my cupholder.

I have the exact organizer tray texasrho posted above and organized my change in it but it rattled too much and didn't provide enough space for all of my change.

I use the useless cupholder under the radio and staysHVAC controls, no organizer or cup, just straight quarters and dimes in the slot and it's full. I need to get a container though because when I was in a wreck at the beginning of July, change, along with coffee went flying everywhere. I recovered most of it except for $1.70. Must have flown under the seat or something.

Also I am just now wondering why I keep so much damn change in the first place.
