Houston, and other southern cities tend to be different than up north. Very few people actually live in the city. It’s mostly outlying areas.
Houston is broken down by social status, kind of like a high school cafeteria. @ARamirez73 and @Trooper2 live in the nerd areas. I live in the cool one.

You'd love PNW...besides the coastal cities...very rural. Most places except coastal cities are not bad...but for whatever reason Walla Walla is turning into Seattle 2.0

Some good sandwich shops here. Best place in walla closed though, round sandwich on rye, toasted...it was heaven.

Grew up in one. There's five around here. Touchet(grew up there) 1k or less, Waitsburg, Dayton, Prescott and that's just in Washington. I could go on into Oregon as well(only 10 miles from the border. And Oregon is cheaper living...but has state income tax.
