Just an FYI, I ordered a set of these on April 29, 2019. Still have not received them and company will not respond to phone calls or emails. I get an automated email stating that "
    Hello Dennis,

Your request (625) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.

If you want to add additional comments, simply reply to this email."

However, I never heard another word. Did receive one communication on 5/23/19 stating the item had been backordered (no notification) and was being produced and will be ready to ship soon.
    Nothing since.
I would be very leary of doing business with this company.

They are right down the street from my house i pass them all the time. They don’t seem to be a machine shop which makes me wonder where these are made

Edit- says made in usa on website so who knows. Its a really small operation though sad they wont call you back

I should not read these threads after a couple of gin tonics. o_O

@tnbndr , I hope you didn't drop a whole lot of cash on these "tailgate adjusters". Something tells me that if this EVER was a legitimate company, you are now about 2,000,000th in the queue of creditors. Don't hold your breath on getting any kind of real response...this is just the server cranking out generic email until the power is turned off. Kiss your money goodbye...imo. :burp:

Don't suppose you could stop in and see if they are actually manufacturing or selling a real product. I'm not feeling real hopeful.

Dispute it with your credit card company. Looks like they caught you with your tailgate down.

Use to be able to do this with old school chains. Neat product but I bet they don't work well after a while.
Sorry it looks like you got taken.

I miss the folding solid flat metal tailgate hinge on my 88 chevy. Those things were indestructible. Didn’t flex like cables

You have 180 days to dispute the charge on the CC.
If I were you, I would do that now.

Credit card company deposited funds back into my account. So while I am out nothing, I still have not heard from the company regarding any of my emails or calls.
    Consider yourself warned.

    Lost track after #1.
FYI, that may be temporary depending on the CC company while they do an investigation of the claim. Often times they will try to verify it with the company and will give them up to x days to respond (usually between 30 and 90). Good luck!
