Not exactly, because the plug doesnt fit the new one. It's just positive and negative though, so it's an easy swap. The USB port comes with crimp connectors for it.

Took off my Thule roof rack and truck bed rack. YAKIMA R&D did an outstanding job with their Overhaul HD truck rack system. 800#static load, 500#pavement load and 300# off-road load. So many accessories to choose from and the side bar that connects the two racks are awesome. Bonus is one key locks the roof rack, bed plate, and locking strap, (8) locks total. Only issues was my 68” cross bars are on back order so put everything up except the bars and ladder roller.
Anyone wants to buy my Thule Roof rack?

I wish I would've taken pictures for you, but it was pretty easy. Just cut off the old connections and crimp on the two new ones, then plug it in

Oh okay yeah that sounds pretty easy wasn’t sure if that’s how you did it. I think I can do that lol. So pop out old cig light slide new usb into the hole, cut the old existing wires and crimp on the new ones...so does a certain color go with the same color?

I did have to file the hole out wider for the new plug to fit, but not by a whole lot.
If I remember correctly red was hot and white was ground.
Here's a decent write up that might help:

You do not even need to cut off the connector. There is a release tab on the plastic connector that allows you to release the festoon connectors. Just take note which is positive and negative when connecting to the new charger. To enlarge the opening for the charger, I just used a round file. Allowed me to make small adjustments until it fit. The hole does not have to be perfect because the edges are hidden by the flange on the charger. Just be sure to keep the hole round as you enlarge it.

I couldn't get the clips to release, so I just cut them off. and i used a round file too. Didn't take much filling to get it to the right size

Well, I didn’t actually do anything to the truck today, but I did order a bunch of parts, including my “custom cold air intake”, some coil overs and more. Lots of pictures to come soon once everything arrives and I’ve got the time to install it all.
