Super easy to install and all of it took less than 90 minutes. Let me know what ya think or if you have any questions!

Looks super clean man! I'm a big fan of color matched look.
Time to get yourself some black bumper caps and debadge/ or switch to black badges to complete the transformation :smokertransformer:

I folded the mirrors in and started at the bottom corner closest to truck with a small pry tool (i used a flathead carefully). Super easy.

I'm looking to swap out all the chrome on my truck. Any pointers on where to get the color matching parts?

Anything non-obvious about relocating the sonar sensor to the new location? I'm waiting on the garnish to show up, then my grille is getting swapped out.

This thread was a life saver and made it so easy to figure out exactly what you need. Fast shipping as well.

Also sparkparts is another good site, as mentioned above, good luck.

How easy is it to switch badges to black? I’ll probably just remove the tundra emblems on the doors but would prefer to keep the engine and limited emblems but just switch to black.

Many options...as others have said, can order from @Roman for help. Check out the previous post thread on how to choose what color matched grill you want.

Another option is wrapping in vinyl if you are good with wraps.

Some places will paint the chrome to color match and other shops will say you cant.

Lots of options on getting everything color matched, just depends what best for you.

It's pretty easy really, I did it on my tacoma a few years ago by using painters tape to mask off the exact position of the badge vertically and horizontally, then used a hair dryer to heat them up ( a hot day works just as well) and use some fishing line to get between the badge to pull it off if needed. Lastly pull off the existing adhesive and lay your new black badges smack in the middle of your masked off box.

Alternatively you could have an auto shop pull them and paint the existing ones and stick them back on (pricier route).

And lastly to remove those tundra ones follow the same steps as I listed before (beside the tape masking) and use some goo gone to get the adhesive residue off. Then finish off with a little wax and your set!

This tool 3M makes for a drill to remove adhesive makes taking off the adhesive a hell of a lot easier: https://www.amazon.com/3M-03612-Adhesive-Eraser-Wheel/dp/B005RNGN8I

1 more even easier option for the limited is this overlay kit, no removal just goes over the badge: https://www.ebay.com/p/Toyota-4runn...em-Overlay/28022450038?iid=254262187993&rt=nc

And here is a link to a pair of black iforce badges: https://www.amazon.com/IFORCE-Emblem-Nameplate-Sticker-Tundra/dp/B07PZ1TVF2

Let us know when you decide to dump your existing grill and surround. Some of us like the chromed, modern grill.

yup. they go on in about 20 seconds. Makes a lot more sense for me, as I don't really believe in messing with things that are glued on. They look legit, and black out the emblems with no hassle.

Where did you buy your engine size emblem overlays from? I’m trying to find just the engine ones without having to buy a whole set since the set doesn’t include the “limited” overlay.
