Styling isn't bad, I just wouldn't buy a mercedes. Only problem is the rear wheels are way too close to the cab. If they extended the bed by about a foot and moved the rear wheels back, it would look way better.

Ugh. Looks like a Canyon, Subaru, and CR-V had an orgy and spit that out.

The tires do look kinda cool

Yeah, nick. Those tires almost look reptilian in nature!! Dunno how they'd look on a full size truck, almost looks like they'd look MUCH better on a mid sized truck like the tacomas.

Yeah. Remember those jeeps with that ugly green a few years ago? My cousin bought one and named it "Booger"

If I ever got one that color, I'd have to call it "upchuck" or the "vomit comet" LOL

They prototyped a truck forever ago and it looks like they butchered the complete bajeebus out of it. All they had to do was take a G-Wagon and make it a truck.... Or, take the Brabus 6x6, and make a more "affordable" version of it.

It's great!! They will be just like the other Mercedes vehicles after a few short years. I have yet to see one of my co-workers AMG cars in 6 months. Damn thing has been in and out of the shop the whole time.

Can you imagine someone who ACTUALLY wants to wheel one of these? For the same money you could get a Land Cruiser fully loaded hahaha

Agreed. However, I did wheel in Moab with a G-wagon one year. I have to say, it was bad ass for a stock vehicle.

I love the G wagons, I know how capable they are off-road. But the sticker price is what kills me. You could buy two Tundras for the price of one G-Wagon. Plus the added reliability. :bananadead: I bet these little Tacoma competitors run at least $75k

Whelp this article says it is based off a Nissan. So it's not a full fledged MB design.

Based on the off road capabilities of the G Wagon, MB is probably capable of building a successful truck. They need to re-design that though, and definitely not base off of Nissan. If I had the money, I would absolutely buy a G63 or G65.

New it will cost 2x Tundra. After 5 years, Tundra will have resale value 2x the Mercedes!

Luxury pickup truck, oxymoron? I think so. It will take title of worst mpg from Tundra! Lol

Oh god... They already have the LX which is a $90k SUV with a V8 and Tow options. I'd be scared to see the front end of the lexus truck. It'd probably look like the LX which I honestly don't hate. :anonymous:

Most everything looks cool in concept form. I can already see that it's going to look like Rosie O'Donnell's starfish by the time it makes it to production though.
