well I bought my trd pro the magnuson supercharger is ordered already what should I do next.

I know i need sliders next ordered a supercharger already have front and rear kings need some ideas on wheel and tires and UCA's.

 

Icon debuted their new uni ball uca at sema. those looked pretty nice.
Skids next? @RCIoffroad had some nice aluminum ones for the tundra if you were trying to save some weight.
Rims are your personal preference and style. I like the more simple styles.

 

For wheels I'm rather fond of the FN BFDs, they're a simple but sharp looking design. I'll be pairing them with Nitto Ridge Grapplers in the next few months. Plus they're light at only 22 lbs.

As far as other stuff, might I suggest a bed mounted 50 cal?

 

yeah what i was looking at was the method roosts and toys rt's
and the 50 isn't a bad upgrade at all

 

gonna try to get one of these soon fits perfectly under the seat or in any bag. I know kel tech isn't an amazing brand but just to play around with i think this thing will be nice.

more and more hybrid mt+at tires have been coming out.

 

in virginia beach between school and work i would be lucky to see a trail but maybe a weekend every month for camping i don't need the mud terrain in any of the lettering on my tires anymore. I have a set of 5 general grabber 33's with method standards in the garage trying to sell them because they were heavy tires amazing tires but just something that i won't get the full enjoyment out of.

 

dcsleeper408 what was different about the new icon uca's from the old ones I'm interested icon has never made a bad product before.

but more of a new Uniball.

Btw my FN bfd spare with a 35x12.50 General grabber weighed in at about 106 ish lbs. Generals are super heavy.
I have 35" BFG KO2 and they are also heavy as well.(not as bad as the grabber spare)

 

MCM fab also makes a nice UCA as well! good price too!

 

ridge grapplers should be lighter than the other options in 35".
right now I'm running 33' R/T. great tires and my mileage dropped too...so 35" you will see a good drop in mpg fore sure.

 

They look nice. Couldn't find the exact weight of them in the 35x12.50r18
37"s are also dropping sometime Dec.

 

damn icon might win this especially if i can just pop in a ball joint for the winter months because the east cost depending on where you are its either sand or harsh salt that yells rust in that ball cup.

 

how do you like the toyo rt's i plan on running 33's in anything i get cuts the need of a body mount chop. The fact that you bought a truck means low mpg from the start.

 

@jokerftn1018 That was one thing I really liked about them. I don't get into much snow/salt here but it's nice to know that they will be fine if/when I do encounter those terrains.

Your Ko2's were noisy?
I get this sticky/tacky sound but nothing "noisy" give or take I am @ 10k on them. My old KO's on my taco got loud as they aged.
I have duratracs mounted on Taco now and it has been a rough ride and pretty loud on the street/highway

 

My dad bought one recently, well worth the $400 or so IMO. And they're damn fun to shoot!

The reviews done on them have been good. And Nitto's reputation is good enough to where I was willing to risk not having a real life opinion, now I just need to get ahold of the money for wheels and coilovers!
